2024 Flex Passes are now available! With the purchase of a Flex Pass, you receive four admissions to Barn Players productions for the price of three*, plus one free admission for the 2024 6x10 on top of that - that's five shows for the price of three**! There are four mainstage productions in our 2024 season - Witness For The Prosecution, The Secret Garden, Jimmy Buffett's Escape To Margaritaville, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical - but you're not restricted to one admission per each show. With a Flex Pass, you can see all four shows once, see one show four times, see one once and come back with friends...however you wish to use your passes, the flexibility is all yours! Enjoy our productions all year long!

To reserve seats with your flex passes through Eventbrite, our ticketing service, follow the link on the front page that says "Get Your Tickets," and you'll be taken to the event page for that production. Once you select a date to attend, a list of ticket types will pop up, along with a link at the top of the page that says "Enter Promo Code." Select that link, enter "flexpass" (all one word) and select "Apply", and the flex pass will appear at the top of the list. Select how many seats you wish to reserve with your pass, and make sure any additional tickets you don't wish to purchase are set at zero, then complete the transaction by selecting "Checkout". From there, just fill in the information (name, email, your preferred seating, if you need any special accommodations such as for a wheelchair, walker, scooter, etc.), and your seats will be waiting for you. Just check in at the Box Office beginning one-half hour prior to curtain, and enjoy the show!

Please Note: ONLINE RESERVATIONS for a given performance WILL BE CLOSED TWO HOURS PRIOR TO CURTAIN TIME for that performance (the Eventbrite listing will say "SOLD OUT", however that may not strictly be the case). What that means is that you absolutely can still come, and while we cannot guarantee your seating preference in that case, we will do our best to accommodate you wherever you would like to sit. In the event of an actual sold-out performance, all unclaimed seats will be released 5 minutes prior to curtain to those on the waiting list.
