There are two terrific ways that you can support The Barn Players theatre group in our mission to provide high quality community theatre productions.
1. Volunteer
There are dozens of elements that come together in making our productions and our organization successful. Some of our volunteering opportunities include:
- Ushering or selling concessions at performances
- Building sets for shows
- Setting up displays in our lobby
- Helping with the marketing of our shows
- Special Events planning
- Fundraising initiatives
- Many more!

2. Donate
The heart of any community theatre is its base of volunteers, contributors, and sponsors. That means your support is absolutely essential to our mission of providing quality theatre for our community. That’s why we hope you’ll participate in our newest fundraising effort and become a friend of The Barn Players Theatre, using any of these six "friends" categories:
- BENEFACTOR ($1,000 and up)
- ANGEL ($700 - $999)
- PATRON ($400 - $699)
- STARRING ROLE ($150 - $399)
- CHORUS ($50 - $149)
- FAN ($25 - $49)
Please help support The Barn Players! Your donation/gift is completely tax deductible and directly supports our efforts to bring you the very best in local community theatre.
All donors will have their names listed in our show programs. For every $50 donated you will receive a pair of tickets that can be used at any performance.
To make a donation, please complete this form and mail it to The Barn Players, 6219 Martway, Mission, KS 66202. We will mail you back a receipt for tax purposes and any complimentary tickets.
We would also love to receive donations of items usable to us in our productions and for administrative tasks. Contact us for any donations you might wish to give - a list of items we would love to have will be published here soon.
