The Barn Players Community Theatre presents The Barn Junior Series, a collection of production opportunities for young performers and technicians, allowing kids in grades 7-12 to work with experienced theatre professionals to put together performances of material geared toward a younger age range. The material used in our Barn Junior Series is derived from hit Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals, all story elements intact but retooled for the vocal ranges and performing capabilities of adolescent actors, singers and dancers. These productions provide an excellent opportunity for young performers to shine and to receive valuable experience in a non-academic setting, working through the rehearsal process in much the same way as community and professional theatres work around the country.

It’s a day in the life of Charles Schulz’s famous comic strip character, Charlie Brown. With all of your favorite characters on hand, Sally, Snoopy, Linus, Schroeder & Lucy, this revised version of "You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown" includes all of your favorite songs, including the title song, "My Blanket and Me", "Suppertime", "Little Known Facts" & "Happiness", plus new songs written by Andrew Lippa, including "My New Philosophy".
The Barn's production of "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" was an immensely successful production, playing four shows in one weekend to an attendance of over four hundred. Great work, everyone!
